The NBSM - Rivers of Water Church is where missionaries are trained, equipped and sent into the world with the invitation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our services are structured as part of this vision and through the vehicle of fellowship, we are preparing missionaries of all ages to fulfill this great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28: 19-20).
Our Worship Services are Truly Invigorating
Jesus Christ is the center of our worship service. It is He that we have come to adore and worship in spirit and in truth. We enter into His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise. We are encouraged to take all of our cares to the altar, where we receive prayer for our spiritual and physical concerns.
On the 2nd and 4th Sunday we have "story time", where our children and young in heart are captivated with a bible story. This part was specifically designed so that our children would know that they are important to the Lord Jesus and that they have a part in the worship service.
The greatest part of the worship service is the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. After our hearts have been prepared through praise, prayer, and the power of the Holy Ghost, a man of God will stand and deliver to us the engrafted Word of God.
The Gospel is preached with such power: sinners are drawn to the cross, the backslider is called to repentance and restoration, and the saint is reminded of the price that was paid so that each believer rejoices once again for the victory over death, hell and the grave because of Jesus Christ.
